Conversion kit SX-3 Serie 5 - 010

Since the last update of the SX-3 in 2007 development with H.A.R.M. has not been stopped. As it is not easy to improve a successful concept development has taken a lot of time. With the new chassis concept special attention has been paid to the flexing of the car and also the stability has been improved.

PMT Supreme tyres

The new tyre generation of PMT convinced lots of drivers during the last races.Especially on tracks with low grip is the Supreme H10 a very good alternative.

The PMT Supreme tyres have been added to our program range.

Conversion kit tuning opposed piston 010

The new opposed piston fits the standard on-road shock #1502823. The opposed piston is higher and is equipped with two o-rings, what prevents tilting of the piston. Also the spring has been adapted in order to guarantee optimal function of the volume compensator. Filling of the shock is also facilitated with this kit as excessive oil in the shock is pressed out through a venting hole. The kit contains all parts to convert four shocks.

 

CFK wing race-style

This wing is a laminar profile with maximum drive side values and less resistance. The scaled wing profile has proved its liability in motor sports as well as with CFD calculations. Due to the manufacturing process small changes have been made with regard to the “Original”. The wing has maximum profile depth according to the existing regulations.
Mounting a tearing edge augments the down force with just slight increase of air resistance. The tearing edge flaps are exchangeable.

PMT Off-Road tyres

These tyres have been distributed by DLD in the past. Now they are distributed directly through the manufacturer PMT. The PMT Off-Road tyres are also delivered glued on Disk-rim. The rim is a so called “Offset-rim” and fits the H.A.R.M. BX-3, Hörmann TK09/TK10, Elcon and others without making the vehicle wider.

 

 

Special sealing for isolator

This sealing is made of a special material “Made in Germany”. Very good durability! The sealing can be mounted “dry” without silicone or any other sealant.

GPS watch

The ultimate tool for training and set-up!

The comparison of different adjustments, differentials, tyres etc. is normally just possible on the basis of lap times. Very often it isn’t possible to take lap times and a normal stop watch has to be used. 

The GPS-system “MyTach” offers an alternative. The weight of the watch is just 82 g (including bracelet) and with the size of 67x52x19 mm it can be easily mounted in the model car.

The system supplies the following data:

trajectory of the car
speed
lateral acceleration
longitudinal acceleration
lap times
lap length

By means of a special, free of charge software it is possible to analyse and compare the data.

The track design is shown by means of the lines driven. Therefore each lap can be compared and analysed.

An essential tool for any ambitious driver. 

 

conversion kit hydraulic central brake BX-3

With this set the hydraulic brakes #1515918 or #1515919 can be mounted on the gear shaft. The diameter of the gear carrier is 60 mm and fits for gears with 46 respectively 48 teeth. This conversion kit offers the possibility to use the BX-3 also with race series that just allow brakes on the gear shaft. But also with deep and muddy ground it might be an advantage not to mount the brakes in the wheels.

Inner diameter of the springs is 22 mm. Therefore they fit all models with 20 mm shocks.

new shock oils

The product line has been increased by oil with higher viscosities, which are especially needed with Off-road model cars.

The shock oil 010 has already been part of the product line but is now also offered in 75 ml bottles as the shock oils with viscosity 003 – 010 in order to meet the requirements of the large-volume Offroad shocks with regard to the capacity.

Protect ball ends as used in the BX-3 or other models at the front axle from dust and dirt. The ball end can also be lubricated.

new bulk heads for BX-3

The BX-3 comes stock with alloy bulkheads with 4 ° toe-in and 5 ° caster. Appropriate for slippery and flat tracks. Now there are two other bulkheads available.One with 4 ° toe-in and no caster (#1540912-1)  for slippery tracks with deep holes and one with 2 ° toe-in (#1540912-2) for tracks with much grip and loose, deep ground e.g. sand. 

HRP tuning motors 2010

The HRP03 tuning motor on the basis of the Zenoah G230 has already convinced lots of drivers of its power and reliability.

Starting from now on the basis for the HRP03 tuning motor will be the new generation of Zenoah G240 and G270. For Off-road we can offer two real top motors G240 HRP03 and G240 HRP03 EX which will also meet highest requirements.

With the G240 HRP03 increase in power has been realized once again without affecting the expansion of power and the reliability. A real top motor for hobby drivers and experts alike.

The HRP03 EX is just the right motor for experts. This motor has been especially adjusted for the external ignition and the CNC drilled light fly wheel. The challenge for the driver with this motor is to handle this power. Anything goes with this motor – good set-up and corresponding track conditions provided.

The G270 HRP 03 has been especially adjusted for Off-road vehicles. Unbelievable torque has been combined with the amazing features of the motor. During the testing phase quite often the expression “beast” has been heard!

power servo current supply PSS

The PSS power servo current supply has been developed in order to meet the requirements of models in big scale as well as of the modern high performance servos. A lipo-battery 7,4 V with two cells (e. g. #3000940) should be used as receiver battery. Advantage of this current supply is that the steering servo is supplied with full voltage but the throttle-brake servos as well as the transponder just with reduced voltage. This guarantees optimal use of the performance of the H.A.R.M. power servo Xsone or any other high voltage servo. At the same time the receiver is released.

Lipo receiver battery 7,4 V/2600 mAh

Advantages of the Lipo receiver battery:- no self-discharge- no memory effect, just reload- constant voltage through high load capacity-  very light- compact dimensions, can replace the original receiver battery (With the H.A.R.M. SX-3  just the support bolts have to be shimmed).
The battery can just be used in connection with the power servo current supply
PSS # 3000950 or a voltage controller!

This set also meets also high demand!The Xsone power servo in connection with the power servo current supply PSS and the Lipo receiver battery 7,4 V/2600 mAh as current source is a very strong and reliable combination.30 kg torque as well as the constant power supply of brake-throttle servos is perfect for Off- and On-Road alike.
